Priority information sharing

Sharing important information with your reception team Is not always straightforward. Emails can be missed, deleted or forgotten and talking to your team can create challenges to get all receptionists together at the same time.

Our Tracked messaging solution allow line managers to send important or critical information to selected or all members of the team.

Audience

Select individual recipients or Teams/Groups. Recipients receive on-screen notifications and emails or new content that needs their attention.

Auditing

'At a glance' views showing who has viewed, read or signed the information as understood.

Creation

Messages are created in a simple to use word processor environment and can include images or links

No more 'I missed that email' or 'I didn't see it'

Once a message is sent, each recipient will receive the notification on their platform main menu. They can also be sent optional regular emails notifying they have an unread message.

The sending Line Manager can see immediately when recipients have acknowledged they have read and understood the information and those that have not yet read it.

Optionally, the sender can also request each recipient signs the message as acknowledgement of understanding. This also gives the receptionist the opportunity to query anything directly with their line manager before they sign it.
