No more 'I missed that email' or 'I didn't see it'
Once a message is sent, each recipient will receive the notification on their platform main menu. They can also be sent optional regular emails notifying they have an unread message.

The sending Line Manager can see immediately when recipients have acknowledged they have read and understood the information and those that have not yet read it.

Optionally, the sender can also request each recipient signs the message as acknowledgement of understanding. This also gives the receptionist the opportunity to query anything directly with their line manager before they sign it.
