Our web-based platform began as a need for a Knowledgebase for a team of 14+ front line receptionists in a busy Veterinary practice.

After failing to find a specialist knowledgebase, other options were explored but most of these offered so many extra features that were not needed or relevant due to their more generic nature.

We have been able to keep our Knowledgebase fast and easy to use due to it being specifically created for veterinary receptionists.

Over time, other functionality required for the reception team has been added to give them the information they need and to help them manage their day-to-day tasks. It was imperative that their line manager was able to audit and report information and tasks to ensure the team were acknowledging receipt of important information and tasks were being completed as a team effort.

This is not about removing excuses for missing key information, it’s design is to enable receptionists and team members to keep track of key information they need to digest and retain the ability to query any information as required before they mark it as understood.

All Receptionists and team members retain access to historical documents for referencing as needed from lists or searches.
